The 800 Metre Race

Kumusta readers,

Today I am posting my 800 meter race story. For this week we have been learning about onomatopoeia, the word may be tricky to spell but it basically means a sound and an onomatopoeic verb is a sound that you describe. Here is an onomatopoeia example, "The meteor landed on earth "BANG" it went while colliding into earth. To do this writing task we had to watch a video and look out for what is happening in the background and what you can hear. You also had to pick one of the racers and write what happens to you in the race. HERE is a link to the video.

Here is my story.

What would you do if you win a race?
Thank you for reading my blog, I hope you enjoyed and enjoy the rest of your day.        :-)

3. Something helpful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.
